How to copy a workshop in E-Campus

• Start at Courses, Open/Edit Course
• Enter search criteria such as Course name or Workshop ID. Filter.
• Once you have located the correct course, click Edit.
• Choose the Workshops Tab.
• Under Actions, click Copy.

• Complete the Copy Workshop form and click Copy at the bottom when done.

When done, E-Campus will redirect to the NEW copy, landing you on the Course Properties page. From there you can continue to complete your course and workshop details. Your workshop ID has now been generated. Remember, your workshop is not in the catalog for registration until is has been submitted and approved for publishing. publish@esc13.txed.net.
