Passing Your Attendees (Full and Partial Credit)

Single Day Workshop

  • There is only one meeting date under a workshop ID.
    • Passed - Full credit is provided to registrants for their attendance.
    • No Show - Registrant did not attend and will not be invoiced (unless otherwise specified beforehand).
  1. After your single day workshop is over, go to the Edit Roster tab under your workshop to update a participant's status.

  2. Select the appropriate status (see bullet points above) from the drop down menu and click Apply Changes. Participants will receive an email notifying them of their status update. Those who are marked Passed will receive full credit for their attendance. Please note, for in-person workshops, this will also trigger the invoicing process.

Multi Day Workshop

  • There are multiple meetings dates under one workshop ID.
    • Full, partial, or no credit is provided based on a participant's attendance.
  1. Once you are in the workshop, select Rosters from the Navigation Menu.

  2. Click on the Attendance button.

  3. Select the check box for participants who attended. Some may have attended all days, while others may have attended some, or no, days. After everyone has been accounted for, click Set Attendance.
    1. Until the workshop is complete, meaning all meeting dates have passed, you ONLY want to use the Set Attendance tab. Do not use the Issue Credit tab. Think of Set Attendance as 'Save'.
    2. You can set attendance for meeting dates as you go, selecting the names of participants who attended each meeting date after collecting the rosters for that day. If you prefer, you can also set attendance after all meeting dates have been completed, just ensure you have all your rosters handy.
  4. Once you have attendance set for ALL meeting dates, click on the Issue Credit tab. From here, you will click on the drop down menu and select By Attendance. This will update the Credit Status for your participants so they receive credit based on the number of days they attended. The last step is to click the Issue Credit button at the bottom left of the screen. Please note, for in-person workshops, this will also trigger the invoicing process.

  5. After you issue participants credit, they will receive an email, notifying them of their status update. You can view the Edit Roster tab under your workshop to see everyone's new status. Although 2 of the 3 participant's statuses read Passed, one student received full credit for attending both days and the other received partial credit for attending one day. The third student did not attend any meetings, so the system marked them No Show.
